Most sites can be started in less than one week. I also host my sites on Yahoo. The base cost for hosting is about $13.00/month and I pass on that cost with no markup. The good news is that it is always up. I charge for the initial setup and then a monthly maintenance fee. Very resonable...or I wouldn’t do it. My little service to Houston.
